During hydrocyclone operation,the strong internal swil turbulence cause the equipment produce vibration,thus cause the oscillation of the flow field,which have an influence on the movement of equipment.The interaction of fluid and structure change the motion of internal fluid, and affect the working performance of the hydrocyclone.Based on the flow characteristics, the paper established a hydrocyclone experimental device for Laser Doppler Velocimetry,used a 2d LDV system to measure the two dimensional flow field in cyclone, obtained the hydrocyclone velocitydistribution of tangential and axial on different sections.According to the calculation model of the fluid and solid,the papermade the numerical simulation of cyclone flow field in the uncoupling condition,optimized the SGS models in LES and analyzed the applicability for 3d field numerical simulation. It showed that the LES required large computing resources but had higher accuracy according the result comparison of RSMand LES simulationOn the basis of the uncoupling flow field simulation,making FSI interface data transfer, based on dynamic mesh, the two-way coupling calculation model has been established, the couple flow field in hydrocyclone undervibration condition are simulated.Combined with LDV test results, compared the uncoupled and coupled simulation results,analyzed the velocity, pressure, turbulent kinetic energy, vorticity in couple simulation,it can see the change of Reynolds stress, turbulence intensity and other parameters,get the effects of vibration couple on hydrocyclone flow field distribution eventually.The research laid a foundation for further research of coupled cyclone flow field and the improvement of the accuracy and efficiency of hydrocyclone flow field couple calculation.It can also provide theoretical guidance for the research of swiling flow in hydrocyclone, formation mechanism of the complex turbulent and the fluid-solid coupling simulation of similar machines.
