The pressure drop calculation of oil gas water multiphase pipeline is one of the main contents of hydraulic calculation in the design and operation management of oil gas gathering pipeline.. Because of the complexity of multiphase flow in vertical pipeline or horizontal pipeline, the calculation of the actual pressure drop is carried out with the calculation of the actual pressure drop, and the accuracy of the calculation is ensured. PIPEPHASE software is mainly used in oil field set system oil gas water three-phase flow mixed transportation calculation, including the oil gas water multiphase transmission pipeline steady calculation module, which provides many formulas and method.The according to the published experimental data, simulation of the tube in a vertical or horizontal tube in multiphase flow pressure drop of various method to calculate the pressure drop with PIPEPHASE software in a variety of methods, the simulation results and the experimental results were compared and analyzed to determine the various calculation methods of experimental error and calculation error. The influence of the parameters such as the water content of the crude oil, the temperature of the oil, the gas output of the oil well and the error of the calculation are also discussed.The research of this thesis can provide the basis for the selection of the calculation method in the practical application of Pipe Phase software, and can improve the accuracy of calculation and can help the oilfield production management. |
