| Gas is a kind of clean energy that with high quality and high efficient. To enhance the development and the ratio when consuming the primary energy, will make a great influence on adjusting the structure of energy, increasing the level of life and saving energy. During the‘the 12 th Five-Year Plan’, the output and consume of the gas increase in great potential. To save energy and decrease the cost of production, we should research the gas processing plant to find the link that highly consume energy and find the way to solve it.According to the need that energy saving, on the foundation of researching the process routing, we make sense every kind of energy consumption and set up a energy-consumption index system. Also, we make sure the computational method for every index. According to the computational result, we make the evaluation of the three gas production plants and predict the potential and volume of saving energy. Meanwhile, by evaluation the common status of the residual heat resources of three Chang Qing gas field’s gas production plant, and predict the potential of residual utilization. The actual testing result showed, the energy-consumption index can better reflect the overall consumption status and the level of efficiency. The computational method of residual heat resources will lead the test and calculation in a scientific and reasonable way, which will make sense the status and support the theory and technology. |
