The crude production reaches 100 million ton/year for the third time, which is an extraordinary achievement, However, due to the complexity of layer’s geological condition, water flood pattern, large pore path of fracture and reservoir water flooding and washing leads to the consequences of water cut increase after adjustment, serious inefficient water circulation, high difficulty of stable production.; In addition, there are still challenges such as complex reservoir development on the east, incomplete well pattern, low reservoir pressure, increase of oil viscosity and develop ability haven’t been utilized completely; The rural-urban area could not built complete injection-production well pattern, underground resource haven’t been fully used leads to the result that the production decrease progressively. The problem of how to stabilize and apply technologies on the production stabilization area stay unsolved.This article is based on the experiences of develop process, start with distribution of remaining oil in single sand body, focus on the research of mechanism of water drive displacement and fractionize of recombination well pattern; Based on the foundation of research of mono-sand body configuration,the method of exploit remaining reservoir by water drive displacing can be ensured, the potential capacity of water drive displacing can be evaluated, the matched technology can be completed through the combination of field test. Aiming at inefficient water circulation after third well pattern adjustment, the appropriate second develop water injection tech and engineering tech has been made in order to complete efficient displacing tech.
