Gas logging in petroleum and gas geological exploration is the main logging technology. At present gas data includes mainly: the gas logging data while drilling data, the gas trap and lag data. But there are still four main problems: contradiction between the detection means increasingly rich and gas logging data application relatively single; contradiction between drilling technology rapid development and gas logging data application level relative lag; The existing gas logging application methods still need further perfect; The existing gas logging application methods still need further perfect.So, project thesis is based on the response characteristics of oil-gas-water formation, relying on correction drilling fluids for gas logging detection influence factor, clearing about the main factors affecting the gas logging detection, creating the mathematical model of air content in drilling fluids, calculating and optimizing the parameters of evaluation, building the evaluation method of gas logging data along with geo-chemistry and wireline logging, and exploring the application of gas logging data for productivity prediction method.After researching and forming technological achievements, mainly including the following aspects:1. Based on gas logging data while drilling and the gas trap and the analysis, study andsummary the gas composition response characteristics and change rules in the reservoir, oil-gas-water formation, shallow gas reservoirs and deep gas.2. Comprehensive summary of curve shape of hydrocarbon, the different thickness of abnormal morphology classification method is determined.3. Established mainly component data – 3H method, when combined with total hydrocarbon, drilling speed, identify implement methods for oil and gas shows.4. Through simulation experiment, determine the main factors influencing gas loggingdata, and its correction method is established, and the releasing gas detection for the first time into the experiment.5. Calculated the evaluation parameters of gas logging data for oil and gas layer and set up the evaluation method conjointly with the geochemistry logging data.6. Explored the application of gas logging data for productivity prediction method.
