Research On The Key Technology Of The Transformation Of Oil And Water Wells With Pressure Operation

Through upgrading of accumulator system, lifting system of the integration of Longmen storage snubbing service machine, compared with the original hydraulic system is relatively backward with larger space to promote, the accumulator is always at work and pressure maintaining state, multi way reversing valve road cut-off, engine flameout state can through the reversing valve which can achieve close well, the safety is high;the blowout preventer switch speed more than 1 times, without refueling door can be opened or chop preventer once in a 3-4s; the pump in the economic work of the state, realize automatic high pressure unloading low-pressure oil supplement; the lifting speed of Longmen lifting cylinder to improve the original 1 times.Two is the continuous pressure of sucker rod machine development. Fuyu oil field pumping wells because of water flooding or shallow gas oil with, cause the well a certain pressure; and the oil wells will occur suddenly and shallow gas ejected in the present process of sucker rod in oil well, and bring much difficulty to the routine. If the injection with open light bar sealing device, underground oil, water, gas will be ejected, causing serious pollution of the ground well site, personal safety will be seriously threatened. If the use of pressure well measures, will pollute the pore caused crude oil production, its cost is also larger pressure wells. Through the research of continuous pressure of sucker rod machine, reached in the borehole pressure is below 5MPa can be full with a proposed sucker rod and pump column,snubbing, cling spray, does not pollute the ground around the environment, to achieve safe production work.
