With the global focus on environmental issues have become increasingly prominent on the development of environmental protection are increasingly of importance, environmental monitoring has become an important part of the essential environmental protection. From the early years backward single sample manual testing, and then to today’s regional remote online monitoring technology, environmental monitoring technology has undergone several stages of development, got a great progress. Currently, due to the impact of environmental pollution brought to life more and more serious, environmental monitoring and awareness-oriented management not directly address environmental problems, but the monitoring of environmental governance, decision-making have a non-negligible impact.The system consists of sub-station and on-site monitoring station monitoring center composed of two parts, with field data collection as the core monitoring stations, through the monitoring data collected automatically upload, automatic alarms for abnormal conditions by the central station for remote control, for pollution monitoring data collection and monitoring. And by sophisticated wireless data transmission as data transmission and communication to send commands to transfer the data back to the monitoring center monitoring station, based on the use of large databases, covering the business process monitoring system.Remote online monitoring technology after years of development, has gradually evolved unity and perfect, but there are still many issues that need improvement, based on the current state of the art environmental monitoring system online discussions, analysis and comparison of the current situation, understand the current technology exists bottlenecks and weaknesses, combined with the Daqing oil field pollution monitoring of the status quo as well as the environmental protection department of the proposed functional requirements, design the oil pollution-line monitoring and control system technology programs, and the use of related technologies and ultimately the system. Oil pollution-line monitoring and control system hardware and software involved in the construction, equipment selection and design of the overall system architecture and modules, by analyzing the various parts of the comparison, the effective application of the system understand the advantages and disadvantages of technology, the environment for future monitoring system construction has accumulated valuable experience.
