Experiments show that the measured thermodynamic parameters are effective; Using the thermodynamic parameters and using the rule of mixtures, then obtained the mixed liquid other thermodynamic parameters relationship with temperature.Third, using by get of thermodynamic parameters and using numerical simulation method to research cooling problem by ethanol-acetone mixed liquid flow on hot metal board: Using FLUENT software through a user-defined function (UDF) for the low-boiling liquid to simulation phase transition, observed phase transition and temperature distribution law was found consistent with the physical facts; Compared the fluid-solid coupled heat transfer effect of three different liquids show acetone-ethanol mixed liquid in the heat exchanger cooling effect than the corresponding pure liquid, and phase transition is one of the main means to strengthen heat transfer.
