| In the process of Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC) production by calciumcarbide method, the excessive hydrogen in hydrogen chloride gas isdischarged through the distillation system. By contrast and analysis ofrecovery methods,this dissertation intends to study the pressure swingadsorption technology in recycling and managing the excessive hydrogen,focusing on the operation process of the equipment as well as the exceptionhandling measure, the steps of working and closing process in PSA(PressureSwing Adsorption) equipment for hydrogen preparation, and the adjustmentfor the operation process of the equipment. Through the hydrogen recoveryby PSA method for hydrogen preparation,the volume fraction of hydrogenare greater than98percent, the volume fraction of ethyne not more than510-6, and the volume fraction of oxygen gas less than0.5percent.The PSA method for hydrogen preparation are used by PLC control systemin SIMATIC S7-300.It can be controlled in long-distance,and has simpledoperation. The PSA method for hydrogen preparation has small powerconsumption,repaired service and operation cost less. System is runningstable and it has a small amount of repair. The adsorbent in this equipmenthas strong adsorption capacity, good adsorption and desorption properties,high mechanical strength, washing-out resistance,long service life, noother auxiliary materials consumption,and low energy consumption.This thesis is discussed preliminary on the PSA method for hydrogenpreparation benefits. The conclusion is remarkable on economic and socialbenefits. |
