| With the development of China’s mining industry, the growing demand for theunderground mining machinery and transportation equipment is greater, in technologyand reliability requirements are also further improved. to narrow the gap with foreignproducts, accelerate the construction machinery self development speed, improve thelevel of China’s underground loading equipment design and manufacturing, andimprove productivity and reduce the cost of mining, In this paper, the undergroundLHD’s transmission core-power shift transmission as the research object. Frequentshifting of power shift transmission in the specific working environment and loadingcondition, the working performance and reliability of the transmission determines theperformance and life of the machine, therefore, it is very important to the research oftransmission. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The reverse design of underground LHD’s fixed shaft type transmission as theobject, using UG software modeling gear box, gear and shaft parts, and simulatedassembly based on the principle and structure of the transmission. In order to ensure themodel structure does not change, the finite element pre-processing necessary for mainparts of the box, provide models for finite element analysis.(2) Using UG secondary development platform, realized the deflection involutestraight gear, helical gear precision three-dimensional parameterized modeling,designed a parametric modeling module. Application of the design module cansignificantly improve the efficiency of the gear design.(3) Appling NX Nastran to analysis and solution of the structural strength anddynamic characteristics of the transmission box, transmission at first gear working condition, calculation of load and loaded, got the results through strength analysis; boxmodel for free and fixed constraint modal analysis, get the dynamic characteristicparameters such as corresponding natural frequency and vibration mode and so on,analysis of the frequencies in the working process of the influence on transmission. Thehub and shaft parts of transmission has carried on the modal analysis, solved the eachorder natural frequency and vibration model, for structure vibration characteristicanalysis and structure optimization design provided the basis.(4) Using the transmission performance test-bed, according to national standard ondomestic transmission and transmission of no-load test, the power loss transmissionefficiency experiment, shifting process such as comprehensive performance test, theprocess of comprehensive evaluation on the performance of the transmission. |
