According to the energy shortage and environmental pollution problems arising, themain solution are regenerator and SCR technology, but both of them are usedindependently in the practical application, combination can raise the density ofintegration of industrial furnaces, especially for small and medium sized boilers with noreservation because the materials and space-saving features, is with promotion potential.This study aims to design a combined heat storage and deNOx system simulationprogram, provides a useful tool for system designers. Due to the analogous body structureof cellular shaped catalyst and regenerator and excellent properties, so select them asresearch object, according to their heat and catalytic of reaction process, analysis maineffects factors and secondary effects factors, selection suitable one dimensionalmathematical model, using a bands upwind algorithm on dispersing and programming,eventually completed program of design, and debugging until no errors,then using theprogram for computing and analysising.Prepared procedures for a large number of terms, and get enough data oftemperature and NO concentration under different parameters, analysis the efficiency ofthese parameters to temperature and denitration. Among them, the most importantparameter is the length of heat accumulator, which effect the temperature efficiency, andshould be the primary consideration in the design, and ammonia-nitrogen molar ratio,temperature and flow rate of flue gas are can determine the denitration efficiency, must beconsidered. Through these analyses, you can use this software for design, selection of theappropriate catalyst regenerator length, suitable gas flow, gas inlet temperature, reversecycle and so on, to find the right parameters to make the temperature and denitrationefficiency large.
