There are two production lines in Jinduicheng Sulfuric acid plant desaltingwater system, total processing scale (preparation of desalting water) is designedfor80m3/h, actual operation, the maximum is70m3/h. In actual production,because of the influence of water quality change, it lead to desalted water systemin the low operation rate, use cycle is short and regeneration frequent of the mixedbed drug usage, high operation cost, online monitoring lag, dosing time is difficultto determine, and so on, resulting in the decline in desalting water quality andqualified rate decrease and water drops. Seriously affect the waste heat boiler andwaste heat power generation device of the normal, safe operation, and even causeboiler tube, sulfuric acid system was forced to stop, grid operation of the powergeneration system, lead to sulfuric acid factory production costs increase, inaddition, also seriously affect the digestion process of smelting flue gas. So thewater desalination technical optimization is particularly urgent and necessary.In order to solve the above problems, mainly the coagulation test ofpreprocessing phase, activated carbon optimization test, RO membranereplacement optimization and increase anion and cation exchange bed, Finaldesalination technical scheme was established. Mainly include:1. Choose polyaluminum chloride as a coagulant, and add this to the front of the pump, it used toenhanced coagulation water pump impeller and coagulation time;2. Replace thelarger adsorption quantity nut shell activated carbon from Gongyi City in HenanProvince;3. Replace the RO membrane and membrane cleaning;4. IncreaseDN2200diameter of cation exchange bed and anion exchange bed;5. Increase online monitoring device.By running the results after desalting system modification, modification andoptimization of the water making process, the system of the mixed bed water cycleincreased from3days to21days, and RO system run from28days to210days, itensure the desalted water quality and water quantity. It coordinated the two desaltedwater system, the pipeline and water tank and pump collude are all wired together,reduce the equipment accident Effectively, guarantee the system stability andcontinuity of the water. Also reduces the production cost in water system at the sametime, increase the economic benefit of enterprise, ensures the absorption of sulfurdioxide and waste heat boiler of power generation, Good economic and social benefitshave been achieved.
