With the development of our country’s chemical industry in recent years, varioustypes of organic waste gas emitted during the production not only pollute theenvironment but also harm people’s health. On the same time they cause plenty of energywaste. Coated printing industry, one of the typical organic gas emissions in the industry, has the following characteristics: a lot of air contained in the air, little organic volatileand the emission is really sizable. Therefore governance or recycling can be a greatchallenge. This paper proposes a novel method to solve the puzzle. The exhaust gasrecirculation that is enriched will be burned in the biomass stove.Methanol and much smaller amounts of ethers and aromatic hydrocarbons are thebases of the organic waste in this experiment. After thermodynamic calculation, part ofthe cycle program is used to achieve the effect of increasing concentration.Gas recovery pipe on the coater machines’ exports divides the recovered gas in two.One is put into the stove to be burned, the other mixed with fresh air will be heated andthen put back to the coating machine for a cycle. By controlling the fresh air and thequantity of recycling exhaust gases we can enhance the gas concentration.Relying on the online real-time process control and monitoring we obtained thecorresponding gas concentration and biomass usage under different conditions. Theanalysis shows that the scheme can effectively reduce the amount of biomass combustion, namely to achieve the energy saving effect. What’s more organic waste is incineratedalso solve the environmental problems. In addition to the record of pressure distributionfrom several pivotal points on the pipe may help to improve the follow-up experiment, soto achieve the best.
