This article established the technical index of PP resin of hot fill bottles through analyzing the properties of external PP materials which used in the internal beverage industry, and considering the demands of moldings process and using in hot fill bottles. Basing on the properties of hot fill bottles, this article chose the random copolymer PP as the basic resin, and developed the hot fill bottles in yansan petrol chemical company12000kt/a PP plant. According to the data of comparing of the external PP materials, researching the effect of ethylene on transparent, stiffness and hygienic property, this article decided the appropriate of the content of ethylene. This article confirmed the agent of nucleation by researching the effect of the agent of nucleation on haze. PP resin of hot fill bottles which prepared in this article had the same sequential structure in copolymer with external PP. PP resin of hot fill bottles which prepared in this article had the wide molecular weight distribution, can fit for the using of the molding process of hot fill bottles. PP resin of hot fill bottles which prepared in this article had the same rheological property with external PP of hot fill bottles. It exhibited the better stabilize and controllable in manufacture. According to the compare the configuration and property of the external PP and PP resin which prepared in this article, it indicated that both of them have the same configuration and property. PP resin of hot fill bottles which prepared in this article reached the glass of external PP. The quality of PP resin of hot fill bottles produced in yansan12000kt/a PP plant indicated that the technical index of stiffness, haze and thermal of PP resin of hot fill bottles can fit for customer.
