In this paper, graphene oxide were synthesized by the improve Hummers. In the course of the reaction by stirring and ultrasonic separately controlled, were prepared in two kinds of graphene oxide. Different graphene were deoxygenize by different reducing agents. The morphology and slice thickness of the two kinds of graphene were compared by the means of Raman spectroscopy (Raman), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The structural of graphene was characterize by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR). The experimental results show that the graphene sheet synthesized by stirring was thinner than ultrasonic, and hydrazine hydrate was better effect on the reduction of graphene oxide.The graphene/polyaniline composite were prepared by Chemical oxidation, and their structure were characterized by FTIR and SEM. Different proportions of graphene and/polyaniline and polyaniline composite were added to the epoxy coating as a filler in an amount of1.0(wt)%to prepare composite coatings. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the coatings was investigated, and the results show that the addition of the composite material largely enhanced the impact strength and hardness of the coatings. Furthermore,the electrochemical analysis shows that when the mass ratio of graphene and polyaniline is1:20, the anticorrosion performance of the coating is optimal.The graphene/polypyrrole composite materials were synthesized by the method of emulsion polymerization. Their structure and morphology were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and SEM. The mechanical properties suggest that with the change of the content of the composite material, the impact strength and the hardness of the epoxy coating showed the tendency from the increase to the decrease.At the same time, we analysis the anticorrosion performance of the coating through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and polarization curves. The research shows that when the ratio of the graphene/polypyrrole become1%in the coating, the anticorrosion performance have increased significantly.The graphene/CeO2composite materials were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method, and we got the structural characterization by SEM, XRD, XPS. Anticorrosion performance of graphene/CeO? composites were investigated, the results show that when the mass ratio of graphene and CeO2composite is1:4, the anticorrosion performance of the epoxy coating reach the maximum effect.Besides, the anticorrosion performance of the epoxy coating was inversely related to the time and temperature.
