With the rapid development of social economy, There is an increasing demand forenergy, the use of nuclear energy can be a good solution to the problem. But thenuclearindustry has grown, the water was polluted long reflex. Contaminated water can beused many technical repair, the phytoremediation technology has There is nothingcomparable to this advantage, has the advantages of low cost, simple operation, lessdisturbance to the environment and other characteristics, has been studied widely byresearchers. In this paper,in order to understand the growth adaptability under stress fromuranium cattail, through Hoagland’s hydroponic experiment, studied under differentconditions, impact damage, uranium on Typha latifolia root and leaf POD activity, photosynthetic pigment content, FPcontent and MDA content and Typha angustifolia onuranium enrichment capability in eight days. The results show that when the concentration of uranyl ion solution of0.1mg/L,Typha in growth during the8day basically not affected; when the uranyl ion concentrationwas higher than0.1mg/L and less than0.5mg/L, cattail leaf and root injury score thatsmaller, cattail on uranium tolerance ability; when the concentration of uranium acid ionincreased from0.1mg/L to0.5mg/L, the photosynthetic pigment concentration decreasesgradually; Typha POD activity gradually increased, the concentration of MDA in thisprocess have been smaller, POD system has effectively prevented lipid peroxidation effect, thereby enhancing the resistance to uraniumcattail; when the concentration of uranyl ionsolution reached5mg/L, POD activity was higher in Typha, with low content of MDA;when the concentration of uranyl ion in solution at20mg/L,due to the higher concentrationof uranium, severely inhibited the cattail POD activity; at this time, MDA as the osmoticadjustment substances, content was significantly higher than the control. The amount ofuranium enrichment of Typha increases with the increase ofconcentration of uranium. Inthe50mg/L under the stress of uranium content in uranium, cattail reached1546.1mg/kg.
