Based on the characters of the XG oil and gas field from CQ, this work mainly studied and analyzed the suitable approach to desulfur and decarbonization combined with the sulfur recycling process. Among the most possible alternatives, MDEA+DEA sorbent is considered as the most effective way to desulfur from raw sour gas. Together with the the property of this in-suit gas, a pre-mixer is employed to add at the outlet of the absorber, which, is on the fundamental of the initial process noticed above.Meanwhile, this work used HYSYS software to simulate and calculate the parameters of the processes. As a result, this work chosen the load of acid gases at a range of0.35to0.4mol/mol, and the operating pressure was4.9MPa, and the operating temperature was20℃, and the most suitable composition of sorbent were46%MDEA,1%DEA and53%water, and the circulating volume of sorbent was175m3/h, and the number of plate was abut eleven, and the regeneration temperature was about110℃. On the basis of the above, the work could get the composition of acid gases from the desulfur and decarbonization process. To choose the most suitable sulfur recycling process for the acid gases, this work made a comparison among the most popular ones, taking the investments, recovery rate, occupied area into consideration, and recommended using the LO-CAT process or the OR-GREEN process to recycle the sulfur and dispose the tail gas.
