With the development of science and technology, the traditional energy of gasoline and diesel is not the only option for automotive fuel, in many alternative energy, such as natural gas with its clean, efficient characteristics in popularity among all nations. Because of the country’s construction of LNG stations provide policy support and the development of the technology of LNG industry in China in recent years, for the construction of the viability of L-CNG station has also been great encouragement, but bums and sexual characteristics such as LNG itself determines the stations always exists in the potential leakage, fire and explosion danger. For viability of L-CNG station site is not enough experience and mature in our country, it is necessary to process the potential risk of L-CNG and could lead to disaster consequence analysis, for the future viability of L-CNG station to provide scientific theory reference of risk.This article first to L-CNG technology key technology and main devices are briefly introduced, the dangerous and harmful factors in the process has carried on the preliminary identification, and then according to the program and steps of HAZOP analysis, from the perspective of system engineering, analysis, evaluation of process flow and main equipment of potential danger, and improvement Suggestions are also put forward to improve the operability and safety in the process of equipment process, contingency plans for decision making and station provides the basis for disaster prevention measures.In this paper, the second part is the spread of the medium leaking situation analysis and calculation. In the full understanding on the basis of the technological process of L-CNG, respectively to calculate liquid leakage of the gas phase model is put forward, and makes a analysis and calculation of leakage of medium. For medium leakage in the atmosphere diffusion, it adopts different according to different leakage diffusion model, using the MATLAB software simulation leak medium concentration distribution in space, which divided into medium concentration at the explosion limit range of dangerous area.In this paper, the third part is all kinds of disasters caused by the medium leakage accident consequence simulation calculation. Based on the analysis comparison, choose more consistent with the actual situation of Greenberg and Cramer model for LNG storage tank through the calculation of the boiling liquid expanding vapor explosion accident consequences receive thermal radiation intensity space distribution of target is obtained and the damage radius of BLEVE fireballs. Based on the calculation results more accurate flat truncated cone shape spray flame model on jet fire radiation damage calculation, got the different damage degree of damage radius. Choose TNT equivalent model of the medium leaking met can delay the ignition for the computation of vapor cloud explosion accident consequences caused by calculating the fuel quality of TNT equivalent to determine the scope of the vapor cloud explosion damage.
