This thesis, in a wide range of compressed natural gas(referred to as CNG) based on reason and inspection standard of gas well bottom corrosion, using the digital ultrasonic detector and immersion test method, after screening, designed and produced the CNG gas well bottom corrosion ultrasonic detection device, in the indoor simulation platform, complete the corrosion detection of CNG gas well bottom and carries on the analysis and verification experiment.After application and feasibility study in the field of CNG gas well bottom corrosion detection, using the ultrasonic immersion testing method, completed the overall design of CNG gas well bottom corrosion detection system, and completed the production of bottom ultrasonic testing device, the ultrasonic testing device consists of mechanical system and water immersion ultrasonic testing system. The mechanical structure system mainly includes centering system and bottom ultrasonic detection device. The main function of bottom ultrasonic detection device is to realize the location of the sensor installation, the trajectory control of ultrasonic detection probe rely on step control angle of circumferential stepper motor and elongation of linear motor, both of which controlled by MCU. The main function of water immersion ultrasonic inspection system is the internal corrosion detection of CNG well bottom using ultrasonic immersion method. The main functions of the system software unit is to realize trajectory control of ultrasonic detection probe, data communications and data processing between each sensor and computer. The last on the simulation test platform in the laboratory, verified experiment were done for the bottom corrosion detection using this device.The experimental results show that the detection device can perform automatic corrosion detection for CNG well bottom. The rationality and feasibility of the experimental results lay the foundation for further research of gas well bottom corrosion detection.
