| Conventional acidification acid rock reaction speed is to fast to get the ideal acidizing effect, gelled acid can delay the reaction rate of acid and rock,so it can realize the deep acidification, but when conventional gelled acid under the high temperature condition of deep well, the ability is limited,this need further development and improvement. in this paper, in order to improve the temperature resistance of gelled acid as the breakthrough point, use the interact with each other of surfactant and polymer to control the viscosity of gelled acid, this way can realize the temperature controls the viscosity. In this way,we can get a new kind of temperature controls viscosity gelled acid.In this paper, the main content is divided into the following several parts:(1)This experiment start from the analysis of mechanism of action and performance requirements of gelled acid, combined with the molecular design principle, use AM (Acrylamide) as monomers. Temperature tolerance and salt resistance, monomer AMPS, DMDAAC and long chain cationic monomer X (as modified monomers) to carry on copolymerization reaction. An acid thicker is obtained by optimization of various conditions, good solubility, good temperature resistance, salt resistance and shear resistance performance of acid viscosifier BC-13.(2) BC-13as the main agent, according to the interaction of surfactant and polymer molecules screening gelled auxiliary agent, surfactant is used to attain the goal of gelled acid temperature becomes sticky, analyzes the mechanism of auxiliary agent and concentration on the choice of the products. other additives for the screening and compatibility experiments, determined the gelled acid formulation.(3) Rheological properties of gelled acid in high temperature, corrosion resistance, slow speed, friction performance such as indoor study, the results show that the gelled acid is a kind of control of temperature control become viscous acid by surfactant, drag-reducing rate up to42%, other various performance is good, compared with the ordinary gelled acid has good temperature resistance, suitable for the reservoir reconstruction of120℃. |
