Measures of underground operations are necessary to move into the latter part of the oil field development. In recent years, with the deepening of oilfield development, a high degree of recovery in major oil fields, a sharp rise in moisture content, resulting in new reserves to replace oil shortage, oil production and oil field development economic benefits are declining. In this case, the oil needs more measures to consider how to improve the effectiveness of operations. Therefore, the study of the effect of oilfield measures of job evaluation is imperative. This paper analyzes the measures commonly used measures of underground operations, and describes the sand, fracturing and acidizing operations of three stimulation mechanism. Then combine relevant information, analysis of the various indicators of current operating results evaluated using measures, clearly the meaning and method of calculation of these indicators, as well as measures of operations and production measures were predictive of dynamic operating incremental oil were calculated. Again according to the system construction, easy to select a few technical indicators which measure quantifiable incremental oil, valid measures, efficiency measures, measures the effect of the construction cycle assessment as an index entry, well established measures of job evaluation system. On the basis of preliminary studies on the use of B/S three-tier structure of the MVC model development and design of each module, integrated use of knowledge and systems development model of software project development and management, completed the construction work of each module. Eventually, the completed wells Evaluation of measures of operating systems with the expected functionality.
