| Manufacture and use of metal surfacing wear parts, or the repair of remanufacturing of failure metal wear parts and reuse of failure metal wear parts after the repair, is closely related to the surfacing alloy wear. The surfacing alloy structure is vital influence on their wear resistance. The main content of this topic was that welded high-carbon high-chromium alloy on the Q235B steel,45steel and Q345A steel plate, through open arc welding technology, studied its formation rules in different welding processes variation of the welding process and the organization and the relationship between the wear resistances of the alloy.Experimental results show that:(1) High carbon high chromium welding consumables with surfacing substrates can be well welded together and achieve a better performance hardfacing alloys than the original surfacing substrates and achieve the purpose of surfacing repair or remanufacture,at different welding processes.(2) With the increase of cladding layers, the dilution effect of welding substrates gradually weakened, the surfacing alloy structure consists of primary austenite eutectic+eutectic structure gradually changes to primary carbides Cr7C3+eutectic structure.(3) With the change of welding technology and lines energy input, weld overlay alloy the surfacing alloy formed primary carbide Cr7C3in larger quantities, and showed hexagonal columnar shape, distributed more evenly in the organization, in a small line energy input. With increasing of lines energy input, primary carbide Cr7C3shape and size increases and growth in a certain direction quickly, lath shape the final form, the numbers are reduced accordingly.(4) Preparation of the three welding surfacing alloy with three surfacing substract, which resistance is decreased with increasing of the welding heat input and increased with increasing number of surfacing layers. When surfacing layers is three and line energy input is13.47~14.20KJ.cm-1, surfacing alloy prepared on the Q235B,45steel, Q345A surfacing substract, the amount of impact abrasive wear is least, namely0.0611g,0.0545g,0.0625g. when surfacing layer is one and the line energy input is19.52~20.47KJ.cm-1, surfacing alloy prepared on the Q235B,45steel, Q345A surfacing substract, the amount of impact abrasive wear is largest,0.1887g,0.1762g,0.1804g.(5)Under the same welding conditions, with increasing of the number of layers, the macro-hardness of surfacing alloy is gradually increased. On the condition of the same identical cladding layers, with the increase of the welding heat input, the welding alloy macrohardness decreased. When surfacing layers is three and the line energy is13.47~14.20KJ.cm-1,surfacing alloy prepared on the Q235B,45steel, Q345A surfacing substract with the highest macro hardness value, respectively62HRC,63HRC,61HRC. |
