This dissertation’s major content is the preparation of phenolphalein polyetherketone ( PEK– C) nonwoven . It main work is composed of two parts. One is the preparation and the process of PEK- C nonwoven by melt-blown. Another is the research on solution-blown method.In the frist part,a new bicomponent nonwoven fabric was prepared by Melt-blown process with phenolphalein polyetherketone(PEK- C)/ epoxy resin(E54)blends. Through researched the microscopic morphology and the properties the products, we found the influence by main process parameters on the products. we may safely draw these following conclusion. (1) Raising temperature of the die appropriately will improve the flowability of the blends, so it is beneficial to prepare fine fiber. But if the temperature of the die is very high, this effect will decrease. (2) Increasing the pressure of hot air appropriately would improve tensional state of nonwoven fibers. So it was beneficial to prepare fine fiber. But if the pressure of hot air is too high, tension effect will be high correspondingly. The nonwoven products will contain more crude fiber. So excessively high pressure is not beneficial to prepare fine fiber. Furthermore,excessively high pressure may destroy the base structure of nonwoven. (3)We can prepare nonwoven net included intact structure, few defects if we set appropriately Process parameters . The elastic modulus of the fabrics range from 1.1 to 2.0MPa. The diameter of the nonwoven fibers range from 15 to 40μm . (4) If the nonwoven fabric is etched by acetone, most of the epoxy resin will be dislodge. The specific surface area of nonwoven will increase but the mechanical properties will significantly decrease.In the second part, the die head and the receiving device of experimental equipment is modified. PEK- C nonwoven is prepared by modified equipment with PEK- C/ DMF solution. we may draw these following conclusion. (1) The modification of gas flow pass, die surface and receiving device is successful. Due to the dip of manifold is too large,the effect of the modification of the distribution flow channel is weak. (2) The microscopic morphology was investigated by scanning electron microscope. The cause of“shot”is analysed and the character of Solution-blown nonwoven is summarized. (3) The influence on product by controllable process parameters, environment factors and equipment factors are summarized.
