The camshafts are the key components for automobile engines and other internal-combustion engines, they are in great demand, various in kinds and strict demands for Precision. Their machining quality determines the quality of engines, which directly influences the development of car products. To ensure the high efficiency, high contour Precision and high flexibility in the machining of camshafts, a new method, known by the denomination"uniform distribution of the cutting point of the crankshaft grinding method", was brought forward. This paper studies the system of uniform distribution of grinding the cutting point of the design of the crankshaft grinder principle and the crankshaft grinder grinding principle of design when the work-piece uniform forward, comparing these two methods and giving the most method.To improve Camshafts machining designs’efficiency, high precision and flexible as the main aim in the thesis. From the Point of view of the kinematics, the influence of machining error caused by the tangential point tracing is analyzed. The influence and change rules of equivalent grinding force of the tangential point tracing motion are discussed. The revised motion model is given. On the basis of progress made the uniform work-piece grinding method.This thesis puts stress on the following contents:Through the way of researching Cam contour’s motion trail can deduce the equation of Cam contour, select control point parameter, build the parameter model of control point. According to the equation of Cam contour, The wheel and the crankshaft connecting rod neck of the relation between the work-piece and the crank angle base on the uniform piece, and the relation between the wheel axis to the axis of the crankshaft connecting rod and angle. Combine it with the complicated characteristic of Cam contour, analyzing the wheel and the crankshaft connecting rod neck of the relation between the work-piece and the crank angle base on the uniform piece, and the relation between the wheel axis to the axis of the crankshaft connecting rod and angle. As a result, giving the error compensation.Based on the above studying, the dynamic simulator system of grinding and machining of Camshafts and moving Cam contour on the basis of MATLB was developed, which have the powerful visualization and easy operation. |
