Super-heavy oil reserves in Sheng-li Oil Field mainly distributes in Wang-zhuang and Shanjiasi Block. Since 2005, HDCS oil recovery technique has been proved to be a breakthrough in steam stimulation, however there are problems existing in seepage -flow mechanism、low oil recovery、development approach to succeed and technology policy in steam-flooding. For these problems, this paper elaborates horizontal well flow theory and seepage features and optimizes development approach according to reality in Wang-zhuang oilfield from flow mechanism and numerical simulation. At last, we obtain technology policy for steam-flooding.At present, super-heavy oil development in Wang-zhuang oil field relies on steam-stimulation with horizontal well .The pressure drop in horizontal well and well wall due to flow-in interact, so combination of both will be more accurate to describe variable quality flow characteristics. In this paper,Supposing in a horizon, equal thickness , down and up- closed reservoir with slightly compressible fluid,we set up and combine unsteady state seepage equation and pressure drop equation in horizontal to obtain mathematical model of reservoir coupling with horizontal well. Then we can obtain flow and pressure distribution pattern. It is theory foundation of well pattern optimization. According to fluid and geology data of Wang-zhuang oilfield, set up ideal model to verify how the pressure, temperature distribution pattern during steam stimulation and steam flooding influence remaining oil distribution. Specific to shortcoming of steam suction and production fluid along horizontal well, come up with steam soaking with fracturing horizontal well and prove its advantage. Specific to features of steam flooding pressure distribution, design four foundation well pattern including HDCS, using the same working system to simulate with 1/2 well group and compare development index of them to obtain the optimistic well pattern. Also i can acknowledge remaining oil distribution model with different well pattern. It is useful for digging potential during later stage of development. At present, there is no technology policies research about steam flooding in super-heavy oil reservoir. In this paper, I get the technology policies of steam flooding in Wang-zhuang block including four main indices: steam injection rate, production-injection ratio, dryness fraction of steam and reservoir pressure.
