In this paper, we review the basic properties, classification, energy transfer mechanism and the uniform model of the active galactic nuclei(AGN). Then, we discussed the external photon field of FSRQs which is a sub class of blazars, the research about black hole mass and cosmological redshift in Seyfert 1.In chapter 1, we briefly introduce the basic features of AGNs, classification, energy transfer mechanism and the uniform model, Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope. In chapter 2, we introduce the basic properties and radiation characteristic of Fermi blazars, and the properties of Seyfert 1.In chapter 3, we studied the FSRQs in which a highly efficient accretion rate can produce a strong external photon field. The results of the study are as follows:(1)there is negative correlation between the luminosity ratio of inverse Compton peak and synchrotron radiation peak and the frequency ratio of inverse Compton peak and synchrotron peak;(2) the luminosity of inverse Compton peak is strongly correlated with the luminosity of synchrotron radiation peak;(3) for most of Fermi flat spectrum radio quasars, the luminosity of inverse Compton peak is brighter than synchrotron radiation peak. These results explain that photons of flat spectrum radio quasars may be from other regions except from the external of broad line region. And the motion of jets is related to the magnetic field and energy density of external photons. In chapter 4, we collect 214 Seyfert 1 galaxies(67 broad line Seyfert 1 galaxies and147 narrow line Seyfert 1 galaxies) and study redshift, Eddington radio, black hole mass and bolometric luminosity, discuss the correlation of redshift and bolometric luminosity, redshift and Eddington radio. The results of the study are as follows:Seyfert 1 galaxies evolutionary process from narrow line Seyfert 1(NLS1s)to the broad line Seyfert 1 on large numbers of samples is the same as others. The narrow line Seyfert 1 has the larger redshift, bolometric luminosity and Eddiongton radio, smaller black hole mass. With the development of the evolution, the accretioneffect of the black hole to the surroundings material is increasing, and the accretion energy cannot maintain the process of the accretion rates declined gradually. When the evolution reaches a certain condition, the narrow line Seyfert 1 transits to the broad line Seyfert 1 galaxies.
