With the rapid development of our society and economy, Remote Sensing Technique has been widely used and play an important role in many fields of social production. As the Satellite Remote Sensing Technology is easy to be affected by natural climate and can not mapping through large scale, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Photogrammetric Technique(a low-altitude remote sensing technology) emerge for its low cost, short cycle and high resolution. This paper analyzed around Digital Elevation Model building. The main results are as follows:1. Analyzed the development process of UAV Technique, data processing and application using of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Photogrammetric Technique and research review from abroad, provide theoretical support for the main content;2. With the main line of the making process of the UAV photogrammetric image DEM, this thesis is the elaboration of UAV photogrammetric raw data collection method, preprocessing steps(including images automatic relative orientation and aerial triangulation), and the evaluation of the quality plan, which can provide qualified basic data for the subsequent data processing. Based on the analysis of DSM point cloud data structure, the paper expounds the DSM point cloud data preprocessing method and filter processing method. What is more, by analyzing DEM generation model, model using effect comparison and DEM edit(including most near interpolation, the bilinear polynomial interpolation, inverse distance interpolation method and other interpolation methods), it expresses DEM production plan;3. Combined with " Heng Hu farm" data as an example, and using the determined technical route and specific scheme, it can realize the automatic generation of the UAV photogrammetric image DEM which based on adaptive filter processing and show the related achievements.
