Active galaxy is a special kind of galaxies, the core of the active galaxy known as active galactic nuclei(active galactic nuclei, AGN). Blazars are one of the most extreme classes of AGN, with high luminosity, large amplitude and rapid variability, high and variable polarization, apparent super-luminal speeds, jets to observation of singular observation and extreme physical characteristics. Blazars strange nature reflects the structure and physical process is very complicated. In this thesis, mainly discusses the relations between jets and accretion, the connections between multi-wavelength luminosity, accretion rate and black hole mass in Fermi blazars.Firstly, we briefly introduce the conception, class and module of AGN. We also give a briefly introduce the black hole mass, multi-wavelength radiation and jets of active galactic nuclei.Secondly, we give an introduction about the observational properties, the radiation mechanism of Fermi blazars. We briefly introduce the Fermi satellite and Fermi source.Furthermore, a sample of 111 Fermi blazars(73 FSRQ and 38 BL Lac) each with a wellestablished radio core luminosity, broad-line luminosity, bolometric luminosity and black hole mass has been compiled from the literatures. We present a significant correlation between radio core and broad-line emission luminosities that supports a close link between accretion processes and relativistic jets. Analysis reveals a relationship of 0.81?0.06C BLR RLogL L, which is consistant with theoretical predicted coefficient and supports that blazar jets are powered by energy extraction from a rapidly spinning Kerr black hole through the magnetic field provided by the accretion disk. Through studying the correlation between the intrinsic bolometric luminosity and the black hole mass, which supports mass-luminosity relation for Fermi blazars derived in this work is a powerlaw relation similar to that for main-sequence stars. Finally, EVOLUTIONARY SEQUENCE OF BLAZARS is discussed. Finally, we have collected 191 Fermi FSRQ from literatures. Our main intentsare to investigate the relation between accretion rate and multiwavelength luminosity and between black hole mass and multi-wavelength luminosity. Our results are as follows: There is significant correlation between accretion rate and multi-wavelength luminosity, which supports that jet formation have a close link with accretion. The significant correlations between black hole mass and multi-wavelength luminosity may imply that there is a close relation between faster jets and more massive black holes.
