The natural bioactive flavonoids widely exsit in nature which has obvious curative effect for human diseases.In the use of flavonoids,people have been pursuing to imprive the curative effect and reduce its side effect.The most ideal method should be to influence drug targeting to the diseases of organs,tissues or cells.Differences of flavonoids structure influence their transportion, absorption, metabolism and biological activity in human body. Regardless of flavonoids as small molecules directly or indirectly into the blood stream can combine with plasma proteins and the bonding degree is closely related to the structure of polyphenol.With cross integration of nanometer technology and biomedical research, how to combine nanotechnology to enhance biomedical research methods and means and to achieve new breakthrough research level has become the important objectives of the development of nanobiomedical. In the first part of the article, nearly 50 kinds of flavonoids are on the DPPH oxidation tests and we analyze the effect of flavonoids structure against oxidation ability.In the second part, using of Bovine serum albumin as a carrier protein, 22 different structure of flavonoids formed 22 BSA/ flavonoids nanoparticles.Structure of polyphenols has an effect on bonding of BSA and flavonoids. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,nearly 50 kinds of flavonoids are on the DPPH oxidation tests and infer their antioxidant capacity by IC50.Research has shown that the main factors, which affect the flavonoids antioxidants is the extent and location of the hydroxy hydroxylation.At the same time,there are large differences between activety of hydroxyl on the flavonoids.The activity of phenolic hydroxyl on the B ring is the highest. The C ring also has strong antioxidant activity when hydroxyl on the C ring connected to the unsaturated double bond. The activity of phenolic hydroxyl on the A ring is the lowest.Among them, adjacent two phenolic hydroxyl on the B ring play a leading role in the antioxidant activity of flavonoidsSecondly,22 kinds of BSA /flavonoids nanoparticls bonding rates were analyed by HPLC,the results showed that the bonding rates of 32 nanoparticls were obvious different. The structure of flavonoids was very important for the effect of BSA and flavonoids.Combination of small molecules and protein interaction relationship analysis conculuded that flavonoids coating glucoside hydroxyl had a weak interaction with BSA results in low bonding rate. Flavonoids coating hydroxylmethylation and B ring number of hydroxyl groups had a strong interaction with BSA results in high bonding rate. Hydroxyl position of flavanone affected its interaction with BSA and bonding rate was different.
