Generally, traditional estimations of parameters of the generalized Logistic distribution(GLD) are constrained by the shape parameter of GLD. Such as the method of moments(MOM), the maximum likelihood estimation(MLE),,the probability weighted moments(PWM),and so on. In this paper, we proposed the estimator of the parameters of three-parameter GLD, using two-step estimation.first by probability weighted moments method estimates of the shape parameter k, reuse the shape parameter estimate is to construct the location parameters and scale parameters of the linear regression model,using the least squares solution, to obtain the parameter estimates.In this paper, we give the estimates have gradual normality, and the estimator is not restricted by distribution shape parameter k.
