After several years of development, the research direction and content of multiphase flow is more and more, the applications of multiphase flow in engineering increasedmore wide and range. Multiphase flow is becoming increasingly maturein all aspects, such as oil exploration and drilling, storage and transportation industry direction, the direction of the field of three-phase fluidized bed, the design direction of shell and tube heat exchanger, the direction of multiphase flow measurement technology and other applications. As an important subject of modern industrial development, the applications of multiphase flow technology in the field of metallurgy furnace applications continue to in-depth study, and there is seldom experimental study of the depleted gas-liquid mixing process to strengthen the study of top-blowing optimization barely stirred.This paper combines depleted oil furnace top-blown biological research to strengthen the mixing process, based on the actual production furnace production and other scale models, select the test fluid through a similar principle, design optimization from the perspective of the gun, the innovative design of various types of gun head spoiler structure of the self-designed spoiler effect of liquid mixing blowing a series of experimental studies, and conduct a series of parameters under the conditions of the gas-liquid mixing top-blown two-phase injection experiments, quantitative analysis of the top-blowing process gas-liquid mixing ratio of different relationships with bath stirring, double strain and fluid top-blown bubble rise velocity relationship in the process, and focuses on the phenomenon of bubble agitation special group for innovative ideas as well as energy-saving bio-oil injection emissions open up a new direction.The main conclusions by experimental research work to get there:1. the top blowing jet formation liquid two-phase mixed sizes of bubbles or bubble populations in the bath, the bubble itself, deformation, cracks and movement of bubbles between the decision to reunite the oil gun bath stirring effect. By measuring changes in the flow of bubbles of different size groups, analyzing the gas-liquid flow mixing ratio on bath stirring effect.2.the top blowing jet liquid two-phase mixing in the other parameters to ensure that the gas-liquid flow mixing ratio, without changing the injection speed, top-blowing lance insertion depth is the main factor affecting the stirring effect.3. the top blowing jet mixing liquid two-phase mixing process in the gun directly affect top-blown gas-liquid flow rate of fluid ejected when the mixing ratio and the injection speed, and a variety of different shapes and visualize the structure of the glass can get to a different The two-phase injection mix.
