Radio astronomy is an important observation technique in astronomy. Solar radio astronomy is a hot spot almong the radio astronomical researches. The research of solar radio has been widespread and developed over the world. And the wave length of that research is from 1mm to 30m.Due to the influence of factors such as atmospheric, electromagnetic interference, instrumental error and so on, data that output from the digital receiver of radiotelescope always have problem of distortion which will lead to the issue of gathering the abnormal data in the end. These distorted or abnormal data will have a significant impacet on the final imaging. Automatic recognition of these distorted or abnormal data, so called data flagging, is an important work in data processing of radio astronomy observation in current. This work will have significance for the final output of the scientific data.This paper is around the data processing part of the Mingantu Ultrawide Spectral Radioheliograph-MUSER, which is a basic research taken charge by National Observatory, and mainly studied the data flagging for the MUSER observational data. The main contents include three aspects:First, analyzed the visibilities from quiet/explosive solar and the cross correlation data of each antenna, made the estimation and test of the normal data range, initially established the abnormal/distort data evaluation reference.Two, used the flagging method of FLAGCAL, confirmed evaluation factors of data flagging methods after abundant experiments and implemented the auto data flagging model for MUSER.Third, compared the experiments results and data evaluation references, and the universality of MUSER data flagging model was validated.Overall, the results of this research have certain effect to the MUSER data flagging, which have better practicability and reference value.
