Mother liquor with the concentration of monosodium glutamate wastewater with high organic matter, SO42-concentration of high, NH3-N concentration in high and low pH characteristics, not suitable for the growth of Aureobasidium pullulans. Mother liquor of monosodium glutamate wastewater by appropriate processing, the Aureobasidium pullulans to its growth, and through the compound mutation and optimization of Aureobasidium pullulans fermentation conditions so that Aureobasidium pullulans can grow in the mother liquor of monosodium glutamate wastewater and produce pullulan.First, the analysis of monosodium glutamate wastewater mother liquor composition. According to the characteristics of monosodium glutamate wastewater liquor monosodium glutamate wastewater determined the pretreatment liquor. And through the mother liquor after pretreatment of monosodium glutamate wastewater components were determined Aureobasidium pullulans fermentation liquor using monosodium glutamate wastewater feasibility of pullulan.Secondly, Aureobasidium Po as the starting strain, compound mutation by UV and nitrous acid method, respectively, of a single mutation and compound mutant strain Po polysaccharide and pigment yield.
