Comprehensive assessment of reliability, has been kept close watch on and attached impor-tance to by domestic and overseas scholars because of its application in industrial production. A series of important research results have been obtained due to the intensive study made by nu-merous researchers.In view of the complex system reliability comprehensive evaluation. Based on Fiducial inference statistical thinking, this paper proposes a new method for complex system reliability comprehensive evaluation. This method is suitable for the common life distribution types of complex system reliability comprehensive evaluation problem.In this paper, we study the problem of the following aspects:First, studied the parameter on the pivot of representation of the common styles of life distributions,and the reliability function of pivot. such as Bernoulli distribution, exponential distribution, Weibull distribution and "stress-strength" model, and the sample space sorting method is used to prove the good properties of this method in statistics.Then, raised the confidence inference algorithm for system reliability, Furthermore,we raise the system confidence inference algorithm of reliable life, and gave the data processing method of incomplete samples circumstances.This method has good adaptability on the information of device level, it is suitable for common styles of life distributions; It has no requires on the structure of the system,it only request the system is monotonous; It is easy to understand, it has simple calculation steps, it’s maneuverability is strong, and it has potential replications.
