Interferometric imaging spectrometer is a popular technology with advantages of high flux and multichannels. It is widely applied in many fields, such as atmosphere probing, biomedicine, military reconnaissance and so on. Spectral resolution in traditional interferometric imaging spectroscopy depends on optical path difference. To obtain spectrum information of high resolution, the pushing distance must be increased, and it will increase the detection data and calculation data. Hyperspectral interferometric imaging system based on dispersion shearing combining dispersion and interferometry improved the spectral resolution without the increase of push-broom has great significance in the interferometric imaging spectroscopy.The principle of hyperspectral interferometric imaging system based on dispersion shearing is researched in-depth on the basis of traditional Fourier transform imaging spectrometer. The influence of system geometrical parameters to the whole design of system is analysed, while the Sagnac system, dual-wedge plates with air gap and other mechanical devices are designed on the basis of calculation and optimization of optical system parameters. The algorithms of spectrum recovery are researched, with the successful verification of optical path squeezing. Using hyperspectral interferometric imaging system based on dispersion shearing to do simuation of narrowband spectrum. Experiments of lasers are set up verifying that spectral resolution is better than 0.5nm during 640nm-660nm spectral range. Using the system for imaging spectroscopy detection a series of hyperspectral images with high resolution are acquired.
