Active galactic nuclei(AGNs)is the generic name for objects that have extremephysical proprieties. As a very special subclass of AGNs, blazars show some extremeobservational properties such as relativistic jets, apparent superluminal motion etc.Research of blazars will help us to better understand the physical characteristics andradiation mechanism of AGNs.The continuous radiation of blazars is from radio to high-energy gamma-rayband. The radiation from radio to soft X-ray band is generally considered to becaused by synchrotron radiation, but the origin of the blazars’ gamma-ray radiationhave always been controversial. Leptons and Hadronic models are the two successfultheoretical models that explain the origin of the high-energy gamma-ray radiation. Inthis thesis, we choose two special Fermi-selected blazars samples and collect theirmulti-wave band flux. After the reduction and correction of these data, we obtain thedependence relation between the multi-wave band flux data with a linear regressionanalysis method. The statistical results can be explained by Leptons models. Weconsider that SSC and EC models are all available radiation mechanism for theproduction of high-energy gamma-ray emission. Through analysis and discussion, especially for the high redshift sample, we can learn more about the radiationmechanism of blazars in the early cosmic time, to some extent.
