| In this paper we discuss some properties of propagations of quantum wave pack-ets on discrete lattices and properties of spectral measures of the corresponding unitary operators (evolutionary operators), and thus obtain the relationship between continu-ous/discrete properties of the spectrum, fractal dimensions of singular continuous spec-trum and the speed of changing with time of average displacement of the particle. |
