With the development of technology, human life and a variety of network have closer relations, more and more people research on the transmission dynamics of complex networks. This paper first introduces the basic knowledge of complex networks and epidemic spreading model on complex network.Then introduce a discrete-time state model which called Push-and Pull-Based epidemic spreading model and proposed the estimate method of spread parameter based on the maximum likelihood. This method has a good accuracy In ER random network, WS small-world network, NW small-world networks, BA scale-free in the network and e-mail network estimated, the error within5%.Finally, immune test on the above-mentioned five kinds of networks depends on the different definition of centrality. Deleting nodes based on degree centrality and betweenness centrality decreases the spectral radius of the adjacency matrix greatest. The calculation of degree centrality is the most convenient, so immunization strategy based on degree centrality is preferred.
