The Research On The Internal Control System In DongSheng Company

Nowadays, internal control is the white hot spot in enterprise administration area, and it has developed all the time as the growth of the social economy and the enterprise administration. With the entrance of WTO, many oversea companies keep entering our country, and our own enterprises are faced with global competition, while most of them have not realized the importance of internal control yet and have many misunderstandings in it. Considering the faults in the governing structure and the low quality of personnel, which cause the general weakness of internal control in our national enterprises, it is very urgent for our national enterprises to establish perfect internal control system to adapt the violent competition.The research objective is a private company - Dongsheng Automobile Commerce& Service limited company. The research field is about the internal control system designing of Dongsheng company; the main content of the research is to analyze the problem of management and internal control in Donogsheng company guided by the classical theory and experience, then design the whole new frame of internal control system in Dongsheng company and show some example of specific control item; the value of the research is to offer some idea, method and experience of how to design an internal control system in a private company though a specific case study.
