Talent Issue Of Individual Private Economic Development

With more than30years development, the private economy has become an important part of China’s socialist market economy. Meanwhile, it has made remarkable achievements and plays an irreplaceable role in our economic system. However, in the process of China’s private economy development, there have been some problems which restrict its development, such as financing difficulties; market access discrimination; difficulties in maintaining the two-way business and talent attraction. One of the most prominent problems is talent.As is well known, the21st century is an era which oriented by knowledge-based economy, whose essence of market competition is a matter of talents. If the talents issue can’t be solved, the private economy will unable to remain their remarkable market competitiveness. Therefore, the thesis that based on the talents issue of the private economy development of China and relied on the data as well, analyzed the manifestations and detriments about the talents issue of the private economy enterprise development. The thesis started from two aspects as enterprise external environment of private economy and itself, presented the reasons of talents issue. In terms of the enterprise external environment, the thesis creatively analyzed the reasons from two points of view, the disdain for commerce and traditional employment idea. In the end, starting from three aspects as idea, talents management system and enterprise cultural construction, the thesis put forward some measures to solve the talents issue of private economy as soon as possible.
