Nowadays, over the world, economy keep receding in Europe and Chinese’s economic boomed speed steps also has been slowdown. Almost all organizations are attempting to keep themselves’ safer, at the same time, to get further promotion and development. In so hard environment, consumer electronic product, as higher investment manufacturing company, is anxious for magic weapons of raising self-competitive advantages. Purchasing management would be the highlighted one between both points of buying and sale, play the crucial role, even defined the whole strategic direction and practice.Philips herself often has innovation culture in internal organization. But there are some chronic issues since years as huge incorporation, based on the background of boomed developed global economic integrated wave, made Philips moving staggering. Particular the consumer electronic products, the global new coming brands also are invading the market of original tycoons. The one, Philips, the impact is definite without talking. Philips life style products are in this kind of situation, standing the serious worse influence. The market share gets down but material cost raise up. Specially, the purchasing cost always is higher than the competitors. The material cost is more than60%of sales’ price. This is the meaning that most deserved to focus about purchasing management.The Philips life style division’s purchasing management issues will be analyzed deeply in this research. The first, is using finish goods purchasing as start point, deal with tooling and key components’ buying, in connection with two factors of purchasing performance and supplier management, aiming at the existed issues of internal and external service level, supplier management, process of price negotiation, purchasing information management, material inventory management, key components and continuous improvement, analyze it deeply. Exposed problems in purchasing process of product price management, lacked purchasing information management, lost in inventory management, strengthen organization continuous improvement culture and so on, analyze the root cause, attempt to find more reasonable strategy. The second, regarding above relative analysis, dig for profit the current organization’s green process from the point of process optimization. And find worked implement method. Include: Promote purchasing team’s performance management level, improve supplier management, strengthen cost control, improve purchasing information system, and optimize material inventory management, optimization on key components purchasing improvement. Then based on above several areas, improve current process of purchasing organization, resolve happening problems, to meet the requirement from whole organization about purchasing management, then upgrade the whole teams’ advantages. Finally, to the implement of optimized strategies, gave the steps about strategy implementation and some suggestions of arrangement, and the solutions about blocks removing. To ensure the strategies smooth work.Lied on Philips life style group’s consumer electronic products’ relative analysis of purchasing management and tailed optimization strategy, nowadays, with global economy integrated and high speed developing, compared with other analogue team, will play a study and common using role. Particular currently Philips has no hers elves manufacturing factory already, in modern company of dreaming asset-light strategy and self-brand sale, special to Chinese private organization, is a rare case.
