With the swift universalization of Internet information technology and huge growth of electronic technology in China, we have stepped into the network economy era. And net-work marketing emerges with the generalization of internet as well. It’s a new method of marketing in the internet circumstance. Net-work marketing utilizes information technology cutting transaction cost, shortening the supporting chain between company and customers, establishing a suit platform for companies to adapt the competition and develop themselves. And through this way, they become more efficient and competitive. Net-work marketing changes the general operation of the companies, gradually becomes the core of the marketing system of modern enterprises. So making a full use of the internet to establish net-work marketing system is an important factor for modern enterprises to adapt the competitive market, and a key of companies’future development.This article is based on reading many national and international papers, and carefully researched the recent situation of Hua Long securities’net-work marketing system, and analyzed the problems of this system. Net-work marketing theory, financial marketing theory, and marketing theory establish the theories of this study, and this paper also combined these theories and investigation. At last, some proposals are given to resolve those problems which Hua Long securities’net-work marketing system exists, and hope these advises can help Hua Long securities make full use of the platform of internet. Also this article is hoped to be advises for other securities in China.
