Customer service center to establish a good connection with customers channels, to provide customers with comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, many enterprises start with the aid of the application of the customer service center to improve the service. industry is done through people, ongoing training to the customer service center of human resources and training is very important, customer service training should not be simply to the cultivation of the customer service representative as the focus, should also is an object with the customer service center staff, customer service center professional courses, to provide the training necessary for the execution of business training program, to make it grow into middle management, supervisors, head operations center and internal trainer etc. Provide the necessary help.Based on LB company customer service center as the research object, mainly USES the research methods of literature review, case analysis, through the analysis of the related theory of leadership, study the development of the domestic customer service center leadership, combined with the status quo of LB company customer service center, the customer service center staffs leadership development program for analysis, dialectical to analyze the insufficiency, discusses the countermeasures of further optimization so as to perfect the leadership of LB company customer service center development plan, enhance the level of the employee leadership development.The author believes that the company has been trying to through training and leadership programs to improve employee performance, however want to let the employees to their own learning outcomes to cure, must be able to apply them to daily work, more in daily work use of learning outcomes. At the same time, the participation of senior management staff, for the staff has a great help to the development of the leadership, employees can also be on real case discussion and senior managerial staff.
