The Research Of Influence From Financial Agglomeration To Regional Economy

Financial agglomeration is the product of regional division when the regional economy develops to a certain stage. It could affect regional economy growth strongly, so governments at all levels emphasis on the construction of finance center. However, does the construction of financial center really contribute such a huge effect on the regional economic? The article choose the Yangtze River Delta region, where is the focus region of our national economic, and the urban agglomeration of Chengdu plain, where is the economic development Heights of western region, as our study objects. We try to give an in-depth analysis on the financial agglomeration of the two region as well as the effect on regional economic.In the course of the study, we conducted both theoretical and empirical research on the topic. For the theoretical research, we believe that financial agglomeration could strengthen the financial functions, what’s more, it could cause the network size multiplier effect. It is those two paths, which could affect the capital deepening and technology Innovation, thereby affect economic growth, and this kind of affection mainly come from the financial center. For the empirical research, we gathered the data of Yangtze River Delta region and the urban agglomeration of Chengdu plain, conducted Quantitative Study and get some conclusions:both region occurred finance resource agglomeration, and this kind of agglomeration had a positive impact on the regional economy. Based on the result, we made a number of proposals to build the financial center and enhance the promotion to the economy from the finance system.Compared with the existing research results, the article has some innovations:(1)We summarized two paths by which financial agglomeration could affect the regional economy, one is "financial agglomeration-financial function strengthening-economy growth faster", the other one is "financial agglomeration-derivative effects-economy growth".(2)The article conducted an in-deepen research on Yangtze River Delta region and the urban agglomeration of Chengdu plain, the latter region is rarely studied by scholars.
