| Shaanxi is China’s first military big province, the total of provincial military industry and the people supporting enterprises and institutions is more than200, nearly300,000people have been employed. In recent years, the military industrial enterprises in our province successfully completed the upgrade of product cycles and enterprise restructuring, these enterprises have already realized the leapfrog development with high speed. With the development of the enterprise and society, the staff’s pressure increased significantly, while the original staff psychological help mechanism can not effectively relieve the pressure, it needs a new employee psychological intervention system to protect the psychological health of these employees.EAP (Employee Assistance Program) as a management tool is widely used at home and abroad to ease the psychological pressure of employees, and to control the workers’ mental health. But in domestic applications, especially in the use of military enterprise is still blank. This paper takes "The Construction of Shaanxi Military Enterprise EAP System Based on the Pressure Environment Perspective" as title for the primary exploration of the system establishmentin Shaanxi military enterprises, hoping to establish EAP system to guide the military industrial enterprises in Shaanxi province.First of all, this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of military enterprise in Shaanxi province completely and Shaanxi war industry enterprise’s development in modernizing national defense science and technology and the important influence of Shaanxi local economic development. At the same time, it briefly analyzes the stress conditions of the enterprise employees, and points out the necessity of the implementation of EAP system in Shaanxi military enterprise.Secondly, in terms of theoretical research, the author read a lot of journals and literatures at home and abroad, and has studied EAP theory and stress management theory of the domestic and foreign scholars. The author mastered more clearly the development direction and the latest trend of EAP research, preparing for the theory study. The dissertation explains the definition of military enterprise, and analyzes employee pressure situation of the military industrial enterprises in Shaanxi province, and gets ready for later theory study.Finally, the author aimed at Shaanxi military enterprise employees’ psychological reality, designed the survey design. Over500certain representative employees in such aspects as age, gender, jobs has carried on the questionnaire survey, and using statistical methods to analyze the results. In short, there is an accurate grasp to the employees’ psychological pressure situation, origin, mental health status, cognition degree of EAP, in an effort to explore the causes of the problem.Combined with the theoretical research and enterprise demand for EAP system, the dissertation determines the conclusion that establishing EAP system in Shaanxi military enterprise is imperative. In the specific system design, the author has carried on the scientific and systematic design for the EAP system establishment in Shaanxi military industrial enterprises from the EAP system design goal, design principle, general idea, institutional setup and personnel training, transverse and longitudinal flow path and module design, and evaluation feedback mechanism etc.In this paper, the research design has strong pertinence, and has made the appropriate outlook for the future development. It has the very strong theoretical guidance and practical reference value to the building EAP system in Shaanxi military enterprise comprehensive in future. |
