Multinational Corporation Performance Research In International Business Activities

With the development of economy and the progress of times, the business globalization is becoming a new trend. It can not only create opportunities but also bring challenge for the global enterprise. An enterprise can not survive just depend on itself in the fierce competition. Then team is becoming a key factor of the competition of modern enterprise.As we all know that team is composed by different individual. They may be a male or a female, and they may come from different countary, different school or something else. So it is useful for us to analyse the facts that can influence the performance of team.This paper is based on diversity, performance and leadership to try to study the function of team leadership on team performance in activity of international business. Based on a large number of literature review, the study summarise the research of this fields in China and foreign countries. We also have many questionnaires in43team samples. It reviews that diversity is a good moderating role of leadership and performance. Then leadership has much influence in performance in international business.
