Flextronics Cost Management Problem And Countermeasures Research

In recent years, with the rising cost of production, China’s manufacturing enterprises growth has been slowed sharply. In the same time, as the global enconomy crisis escalated with cost pressure increasing, more and more enterprises have gradually formed a consensus that China is no longer a low-cost country.The trend chart of China’s manufacturing purchasing managers’ index (PMI):Signs all this has made it clear that the world manufacturing industry gradually changing due to various cost,cost advantage of China’s manufacturing industry is rapidly shrinking or even disappearing. Then in the cost structure has changed today, how to maintain the competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing, how to survive in changing even better develope has become the important topic in the industry. Will have discussions on how to make the manufacturing cost control, this paper will also put forward improvement suggestions for enterprise cost management.
