This articleis based on the balanced scorecard application in enterprise’s achievements in theperformance management, we will use to the balanced scorecard method ofperformance management in commercial Banks, as an innovation in the commercialbank management accounting, and in minsheng bank, for example, from the perspectiveof minsheng bank development strategy as a starting point, give full consideration to thefinancial information and non-financial information on bank performance and the effectof combining the bank’s long-term goals and short-term goals, the participation of allthe staff in the bank, very good to overcome the problems that exist in the traditionalperformance management, in order to improve the performance management ofcommercial Banks and the realization of strategic goals...
