After ten years of development, the western developed countries have aprofound understanding about cultural industry through the concrete practice, more andmore cultural industry oriented company gradually become the symbol of a nation’s\"soft power\".Since2007, the country’s bohai creative industries,Yangtze river creative industriesand pearl river creative industry circle gradually formed, the cultural creativity industrygradually become to promote the traditional industry transformation. Behind the rapiddevelopment of cultural industry, there is a cultural industry relying on the weak andimperfect enterprise management control system. In order to solve the embarrassingsituation, this article begins to research the cultural creative industry perspectivefinancial risk control, design a set of applicable cultural industry of the company’smanagement control system.This article use the concepts of the financial risk and financial risk control systemto research the cultural industry and the economics management,and based on theperspective of financial risk control measures, cultural industry and culture in siliconvalley in Beijing XX project as an example, explore a financial control system on the basis of cultural industry.
