| Regional economy is a complex production that based on the interaction of internal factors and external conditions of economic development in certain areas.Regional economy is a geographical concept of comprehensive economic development, it reflects the development, utilization status and problems of regional resources, which mainly presents on the scientific and economic productivity of the layout in some regional areas. The result of regional economy is not only reflected in the economic indicators,but also reflected in the development of overall social benefits and regional ecological benefits.Research shows that the economic growth of the region can take the initiative to integrate into regional economic development was faster than the other general area, and the development benefits was significantly higher than the other general area, the speed of cooperation with other places was significantly faster than the other general area, and efforts to improve the livelihood of the people in those regions can take the initiative to integrate into regional economic development were stronger than the other general area.Especially, under the background of the combination of the distinctive features of the new area of reform and opening and the increasingly sophisticated market economy, the development of regional economy has become a strong constraint that decides whether can enhance the key competitiveness of a province,a region and even a country.This essay took the regional economic development of Xinzhou district of Wuhan as the research subject. It started from the perspective of government macroeconomy, and used the knowledge of regional economics to empirically analyse the issue of the regional economic development of Xinzhou district, and based on the status of Xinzhou District this essay also offered measures and strategies to enhance the local economy development of this region.Firstly, by summary the reviews of domestic and overseas researches about regional economic development, it proposed the direction and trend of the studies of regional economic development. Secondly,based on the survey of the relevant literature and data, it presented the overview of Xinzhou District.Thirdly, it analysed the internal and external factors comprehensively. The external factors mainly focused on the environment of economic development in the province, the region and domestic and abroad. The internal factors mainly concerned about the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities of economic development in Xinzhou District.Fourthly, from the analysis above,this essay presents the plan of the short and long term regional economic development for Xinzhou district, including the positioning, the target and the basic principles of development, etc. Fifthly, grounded on the comprehensive analysis of this essay, and from the view of industry agriculture, services, ecological civilization, this shows the main strategies to increase the regional economic development of Xinzhou district. |
